1. Virtual Currency (Blueberries)

Non-Refundable: Purchases of Blueberries (virtual currency) are generally non-refundable once credited to your account.

Exceptions: Refunds may be considered in cases of:

  • Unauthorized transactions (report within 24 hours)
  • Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
  • Duplicate payments
  • Service unavailability exceeding 24 hours

2. Subscription Plans

VIP Subscriptions:

  • Cancel anytime before renewal date
  • No refund for partial months
  • Access continues until subscription period ends
  • Pro-rated refunds for annual plans (within 7 days of purchase)
