Request Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your Candy Live account and all associated data by submitting a request below. We respect your privacy and will process your request within 7 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile, email, phone number, and user ID
- Profile photo and any uploaded media
- Chat messages and call history
- Wallet balance, recharge and purchase records
- App preferences, language settings, and device IDs
Data Retained (Legal Compliance)
- Transaction records (invoices/GST) — retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law
- Anonymized safety/abuse reports — retained for platform safety
Note: Video and audio calls are never recorded or stored — they are processed ephemerally via Agora.
Steps to Delete Your Account

- 2We'll send a confirmation email to verify your identity
- 3Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted within 7 business days
- 4You'll receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete
